We have found that most of our clients prefer to receive text updates about their upcoming trips. It is quicker, more efficient and easier to stay up to date when you’re on vacation. Listening for a phone call while you’re trying to relax or listen to music is so inconvenient! However, there are rules in place to protect consumers from unwanted texts and spam so we must make sure you clearly understand what you are opting into and how to control or even stop our text communications.
To speak plainly, we will only text you with messages pertaining to your trip which may include weather delays other changes to your itinerary or to learn your trip preferences. Purpose of Texts:
We will ask for your permission to text you details about your trip which could include reminders, weather delays, trip changes or other information pertaining to your specific trip. These messages are provided solely as a convenience to you and to provide you with a better experience. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes ever. We also don’t share mobile opt-in information with anyone.
Your permission:
We will ask permission to send you trip relevant emails at the time you make your reservation. This may either be done verbally during an in-person or telephone booking or as a required question during your online booking session. Message + data rates may apply.
Messaging Terms and Conditions:
Message Frequency: After opt-in, you may receive an initial confirmation text message. After that, the specific number of text messages may vary depending on how you use the Company’s services and the types of text messages you registered to receive.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. We do not impose a separate fee for sending text messages.
